• Upon reservation, the deposit is 25% of the rental amount. The balance is to be paid 30 days before your arrival.
  • The owner can request for a guarantee upon arrival.
  • An inventory of the premises will be carried out at the beginning and at the end of each stay. Any loss and any damage will be compensated by the tenant.
  • Complaints, if any, should be addressed in writing to the Departmental Relay, within the first 3 days of checking into the Gîte.
  • In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the user, the deposit will remain with the owner if the Gîte could not be rented out for the same period. In the event of cancellation due to breach by the owner, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
  • It is highly advised that tenants check if their housing-civil liability insurance policy contains an insurance clause for their holiday.
  • The renting of household linen on the spot is sometimes done. Please consult the owners.
  • Some touristy communes charge a tourist tax. Unless otherwise specified, it is payable in addition to the rate, through the owner.
  • Reservations for the following year are done as from 1 September of each year, by mail.
  • Update of the descriptions is carried out each year under the control of the owners.
  • Our stock of accommodation is reviewed during the year. Some Gîtes may be subject to a change in classification.
